Mr. Calvin Beasley, 60, son of the late Mr. Joe Willis and Mrs. Willie Mae Beasley, passed away at the Putnam General Hospital on Friday, October 21, 2022. He was born on July 19, 1962, in Baldwin County.
He graduated with the Class of 1980 from Putnam County High School. He worked for Putnam General Hospital for many, many years and at the Eatonton Rehabilitation Center for many years. He received Christ as his Savior at New Life Christian Outreach Center.
Calvin loved the Lord, and he always praised Him. He always had a Godly word for anyone he talked to. He never met a stranger. Calvin also had a generous heart. If he had it, he would give it to you.
He is proceeded in life by his parents; siblings: George Johnson, and Dorothy B. Butts.
Cherishing his memories are his siblings; Mr. Lonnie Beasley of Monticello Ga, Mr. Milton Beasley (Betty) of Madison Ga., and Ms. Kathy and Ms. Martha Beasley of Eatonton Ga., Aunts; Mrs. Euria Butts of Eatonton, Mrs. Mary Emma White of Atlanta, and Ms. Alice Jackson of North Carolina, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, 11:00 AM Putnam Memorial Funeral Home, Eatonton, GA. The Eulogist will be Pastor Simone Jones. Interment will be held in the Texas A.M.E. Church Cemetery, 286 Texas Chapel Drive, Eatonton. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Putnam Memorial Funeral Home, 105 Agnes Street, Eatonton, GA.
